Pharmacy Weight Loss Darton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Darton and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK legislation governing the supply of medicines.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual where our clinical team determines it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
Weight loss treatments will only be prescribed where clinically suitable based on your health information, BMI, and medical history. Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of your order and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following review and approval by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. Submission of a consultation form does not guarantee the issue of a prescription.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our team. We may request additional information, GP letters, or blood test results before approving any prescription. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription that is declined by our pharmacist. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the carrier's standard timescales. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with pharmaceutical storage requirements. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in accordance with UK law and pharmaceutical regulations.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund. If you experience a product fault or delivery error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
